Troubleshoot dual graphics users Photoshop CS6 cannot display pictures
Now many notebooks are using dual graphics cards (i3, i5 built-in graphics + Independent graphics), so you can switch graphics cards according to different environments, such as playing games with independent graphics, on the Internet with built-in integrated graphics, you can point to save electricity. Dual graphics users using Photoshop CS6 may appear unable to display pictures, only see the Black bottom box. However, to open the file drag but can see the picture, the mouse side off the picture does not show.
This is due to the dual graphics automatic switching mechanism, and Photoshop CS6 GPU acceleration conflict.
There are two ways to fix this:
1. To the BIOS to block the integrated graphics card (boot press del or other key into the BIOS, select Advanced chipset Features into the selection on-chip video or related to the settings, select Disabled, save exit Can)
Note: Different type of motherboard, the location may be set differently.
2. Turn off Photoshop CS6 GPU acceleration Features
Photoshop CS6 gpu– Edit – Preferences – General – Performance-graphics processor settings – Use graphics processors (remove hooks), and then restart Photoshop CS6. But this will sacrifice performance, and if you use Photoshop frequently, the first approach is recommended.
