Considerations for the test phase of msngroup 1.0:
1. The first 2000 users can now create 2 groups for free, do not apply to the group master identity of the user please msnqun0001@hotmail.com to msnqun0010@hotmail.com

2. Each user can join eight groups;
3. Each msngroup can accommodate up to 30 group members;
