Easily build a home wireless network

If no network interface is reserved in the renovated room, it is difficult to access the Internet! You can first apply for a home broadband line, connect the home line to a wireless access point (AP, similar to a device in a wired network hub), and then on the computer (desktop and laptop) that needs to access the Internet) install the corresponding interface wireless network card (USB interface and PCMCIA Interface respectively) to form an ap-centered home wireless LAN radiating to each Internet computer. It is not complicated to implement this. You just need to configure it step by step as follows.

Wireless Access Point configuration

After considering the cost-effectiveness, we choose Avaya's AP product RG-1000, which uses or manager as the management software, its default password is public at factory time.

In step 2, click Start>Program→ Orinoco → or manager ". The" or manager "window shown in 1 is displayed.

In step 2, click "Open remote config" in the "file" menu to display the "Enter IP Address" dialog box 2.

If you know the IP address and password of the AP in advance, you can enter the IP address of the AP in the "remote IP" box, in the read/write box, type A password with the permission to manage the AP. If the AP is set for the first time, you can leave the two text boxes empty.
