here are the steps to install the Freemarker plugin and set up eclipse to use the plugin:
1. Download Freemarker Plugin
Open https://sourceforge.net/projects/freemarker-ide/files/freemarker-ide/to download the latest version, Currently the latest version is Freemarker-ide-0.9.14.zip.

2, unzip, add the latest Freemarker jar file
Discover Freemarker_ide_ 0.9.14 under the Freemarker-2.3.6.jar package is a relatively early version, with the new Freemarker-2.3.23.jar replacement, the MANIFEST.MF Bundle-classpath also changed to Freemarker-2.3.23.jar.
3. Add the Freemarker_ide_0.9.14 folder plugin to the Freemarker.link of the Dropins folder.
