Sometimes because of the conditions, the desired effect can not be satisfied in the early filming. But we can make up for it by post-processing!
1. Make the drawing of the original image.
First look at the original.
Here three lights, one is from the top of the head, a chest, a thigh, where the lamp position is somewhat wrong, light from the top of the head, because the space is limited other two lights only do auxiliary use.
Because we did not find the black background, so we have to do the most painful things, pull the picture. First I cut my hair and used the channel.

Red, green and blue, red black and white contrast the strongest, so use a red layer, and then copy a red layer out.
The ctrl+l then pulls the color bands as follows:
Now the hair is white, the background is white not part.
Then press CTRL + the left mouse button to click on the copied red layer to be selected, and then delete the copied red layer, back to the layers panel, that's it.
2. Add a watermark background.
Ctrl+j copy one of the selected layers of hair out, others with the pen tool to remove, add black coating as background.
Then use the brush to select a blue to smear on the layer.
