First,Even if you are not in the office, your employees know what you expect them to do.. This means that you have made everyone understand your expectations for them and given them full freedom to do what they think is right.

Second,When you return to the office, your employees will take the initiative to tell you what they did, why they did it, and what results they showed.. This means they are confident in what they do and believe that you think they are doing the right thing.

Fifth,Your employees treat customers in the same way as customers.. This means that you have set an appropriate standard for your employees in this regard, and they are very clear about the company's goals and what they should do.
