Enable Administrator Super administrator permission in Vista

For the sake of security, the super Administrator Account (Administrator) of Windows Vista is hidden and cannot be used by "common users. Most of the time, users with common permissions need to enable the super Administrator account because they are inconvenient to perform operations.
