MindManager and Mindjet have a close relationship, many functions rely on the MindManager Mindjet connection to achieve, if Mindjet connect wrong how to do. This paper introduces a MindManager Mindjet connection error and its solution.
Problem Description: When connecting to the Mindjet connect account, a Visual C + + Runtime error prompt appears, MindManager aborts and exits.
Problem Analysis: Mindjet Connect file buffer damage.
Resolution measures:
Buffered files need to be deleted manually. Deleting these files will not have any impact on the software application.
Windows Vista:
1. Enter start-Choose computer computer. From the Organize menu, choose Folder Options and go to search options. In the View bar, select the option "Show hidden files and folders display hidden folders".
2. Browse the following directories:
C:usersuserprofileappdatalocalmindjetmindmanager15denalicache13
"UserProfile" is the login name for this account.
3. There should be a folder named "13" in this directory.
4. Delete the folder.
5. Reboot MindManager and link to Mindjet Connect.
Windows XP:
1. Turn on my computer. On the Tools menu, go to Folder Options, and in the View bar, select the Show hidden files and folders display hidden folders.
2. Browse the following directories:
C:documents and Settingsuserprofileappdatalocal Settingsapplicationdatamindjetmindmanager15denalicache
3. There should be a folder named "13" in this directory.
4. Delete the folder.
5. Reboot MindManager and link to Mindjet Connect.
