Excel table converted to Gantt Chart (WPS)

Excel tabular data can be converted directly to the Gantt Chart format, with the following steps: (for example, WPS)

1, create tabular data

Note: Column B is the first row of cells, do not have content.

2, convert to primary map

Select the data source you want to convert to include the title, click the Insert button, select Chart, select the icon type "Stacked bar chart"

If the ordinate scale display is incomplete, then check the ordinate, right-click, and the scale-to-count to 1

3, Convert to Gantt chart

Right-click on the bar Purple Bar, data point format--border and area selected none

The converted figure is as follows:

Adjust the horizontal axis: Check the horizontal axis, right------and the scale of the axes, modify the maximum minimum value to adjust the range of the date displayed in the horizontal axis
