Excel2000 How to create a calculation formula:

The following will be for a company's business situation to create an electronic report, and use the calculation formula to do some statistics, please follow the steps below.

Step one, click the Sheet 3 tab in the lower left corner of the screen, and then start writing the words "Beijing branch's monthly revenue and expenditure list" in cell A1, and set the font and size (that is, the dimensions of the word), as shown in Figure 2.

Step two, in the B2, C2, E2, F2 cells, enter the "Revenue/month", "Expense/day", "Employee Pay", "profit" column name, as shown in Figure 3. Then in A3, A4, A5, A6 cell input "first sales department", "second sales department", "third sales department", "Summary of the remainder" project name.

Note: The above input text operation instructions, if the input text can not be fully accommodated by the current cell, Chinese Excel 2000 will automatically occupy adjacent cells. After writing, you can display them completely in a cell by setting a smaller font size or by enlarging the cells.

Step three, select all columns in columns A and B, and set a smaller font size to display them fully in the cell, as shown in Figure 4.

The above set up the branch of this month's report, the data to be filled in the table listed below:

The following actions create formulas to automatically generate the data in the "profit" and "Sum remaining" columns, and the contents of the unit will change automatically whenever the formula changes.

Step four, click F3 Cell, select it, and then click the edit box, enter: =b3-c3*30

Note: The formula should begin with an equal sign and the formula content is immediately followed. If you enter an incorrect formula, when you press the ENTER key on your keyboard, an error message is displayed on the screen, asking how it is handled, and letting you choose whether to use a wizard to handle the problem. Once the correct formula is entered, the corresponding number is displayed in the cell, as shown in Figure 5.
