EXCEL2007 Chart Series styles How to modify steps

① as shown, we set the marketing department's series style as an example of how to set a single series of styles for specific steps.

② Select the entire series, click the single series that you want to set, right-click on a single selected series, and choose Format Data point on the pop-up shortcut menu.

③ Select Fill in the column on the left side of the Set Data Point Format dialog box that pops up.

④ then select the Solid Fill button, click the inverted triangle next to the Color button, and then select the color you want in the Drop-down list (here, with the purple example), and then click the Close button.

⑤ at this time "marketing department" has been set into a unique form of display, as shown in the figure.
