Save Form B in the Sheet2 of a (the information of a is in Sheet1).
The mouse point into the Sheet1 of the first space in the C column is C2.
 Click FX.
Jump out of the dialog box, select VLOOKUP.
Click the first input box (where you want to enter the information you want to find), and then click on the first item of the line. Excel automatically takes out the value "John".
The last step is to select the information to find, this step is in the second input box in the Sheet2 to find in the range.
Click the second input box directly, and then click Sheet2 to enter the Sheet2 and select the three columns of ABC. Excel automatically takes out these three columns as a lookup range.
This step is to tell Excel what value to return if a matching row is found in the Sheet2 by filling in a number in the third input box. Since we gave the lookup range in the previous step, we counted the column to return the value from the first column. Do not exceed the selected lookup range, in this case, enter 3, which returns the value of whether it is completed or not.
The last input box is to tell Excel whether to match exactly, 0 is, 1 is no. Some people often reverse this, remember to remember. In this case, the exact lookup, of course, input 0. As pictured above.
Click OK, show the following #n/a representative is not found.
Double-click the lower-right corner of the item (or copy the item and paste it into the row you want to match), and Excel will automatically complete the remaining lookup for that column. The results are as follows. End
