① Select the picture on the worksheet where you want to remove the background;
② Click the format--> "adjust"--> "Remove Background" button in the Ribbon to enter picture editing status. Drag the control points around the rectangular border to circle the area of the picture that you want to retain;
③ when you have finished selecting the picture area, click outside the picture area, or confirm the changes you made to the picture by clicking the Keep Changes button on the background Cleanup--> Close toolbar in the Ribbon. This allows you to get rid of the background picture.
Small reminder: If you want to not delete a picture background and return to the original state of the picture, you need to click the background clear--> in the Ribbon to close the--> discard all Changes button, as shown in the figure.
In general, you can get the desired results by adjusting the rectangular frame to enclose the part of the picture that you want to keep while removing the background of the picture. But if you want more flexibility in controlling the area of the picture that you want to remove from the background, you might want to use the following tools to do the following when you go to the background of removing pictures:
Click the background elimination--> in the Ribbon to optimize the--> mark the area to preserve button to specify additional picture areas to keep.
Click the background elimination--> in the Ribbon to optimize--> the mark area to delete button to specify additional picture areas to delete.
Click the background removal--> in the Ribbon--> the Remove Tags button to remove the areas marked in both operations.
