excel2013 each time you open a method that navigates to a specified folder:
Set the default open location folder Step 1: Start Excel and create a blank workbook, and select the Options option on the File tab, as shown in Figure 1.
Set the default open location folder Step 2: The Excel Options dialog box opens with the Save option selected in the list to the left of the dialog box, and the default folder location is modified in the default local file location text box on the right, as shown in Figure 2. When you finish setting up, click OK to close the dialog box, and if you open the Open dialog box, the dialog box will automatically open the Set folder, as shown in Figure 3.
