Exchange 2016 integrates Adrms series-2: Enabling the RMS role

Log on to the RMS server, and then open Server Manager, and we go to the Add Roles and Features wizard to install the RMS server role.

Leave the "AD Rights Management Server" option checked by default, and then next.

Installs the IIS role that Adrms relies on.
