Experience in Japanese coding web pages to solve garbled code. (Enemy's faction cut me down ~~)

I had to make a Japanese webpage. Although there were only a few pages, it took a lot of time and it was very depressing.

1. The page code should be set as follows:

2. Copy the Japanese text sent by the customer, and the code is garbled! Copy the file to a text file and then copy it to the webpage! After a long time .........
After that, I thought I was using DW to edit the webpage, so I tried to install another FrontPage. Open the editor with FrontPage and copy the Japanese file. Wow, no garbled characters have been changed !. Then, turn off the FrontPage, and then use DW to open the page, without any garbled code! I finally breathed a sigh of relief. Therefore, a Japanese-coded webpage is built with FrontPage, which enters all the required Japanese input, and then closes the webpage with DW. The required words are copied at 1.1 points.

3. Static Page garbled characters are eliminated, and the data read from the database is still garbled. Curse Japan again! Later I thought about it and thought about the reason! Due to laziness, I implemented the function of Inputting Chinese and Japanese data on the same page, and the encoding of this page is Chinese. Ah ~~~~ The pain point is that the Chinese and Japanese input pages are scored, and more work is required.

In any case, I finally solved the problem. I am tired of some experience and can share it with others for reference.
