Experience of using Cass in South China

As a junior surveying and Mapping department students, will always use some computer software to assist learning, such as Autocad,mantoinfo,vb, Ke Silly, Cass and so on. I now mainly talk about the use of Cass experience.

Cass Software is a software system based on AutoCAD platform developed by Guangdong Southern Digital Technology Co., Ltd, which integrates terrain, cadastral, spatial data building, engineering application, earthwork calculation and so on. It has a very powerful function, is also professional in digital mapping, can meet the needs of our measurement professional use, but it also has some shortcomings. First, although Cass is based on CAD development software, but in addition to the DWG format of the file, can not be displayed, in the import of files also need to change the format, which is very troublesome. In addition WIN10 system needs to run as administrator to be able to draw, otherwise can not open. Cass for some special terrain can not be expressed, encountered this situation need to find a way. There is Cass can not use the mouse to drag the screen to move, only with the mouse-centered scaling, although this is not a disadvantage, but in the drawing time is still very annoying.

The above is my use of the experience, Cass as a widely used professional software, the small defects do not affect its powerful convenience. But I hope it will be more and more perfect in the future.
