Recently the product was released, and I came into contact with some issues reported by users. I have some feelings:
1. Some users have a deep understanding of the product. Some users are old users of our products. Some of them have been using our first generation products and have a deeper understanding of the products than I do.
2. sometimes, bugs can be reproduced directly based on issues reported by users. However, more often, the information provided by users is inaccurate or incomplete, and key information about the reproduction of bugs may be omitted, at this time, I will try to regard the information provided by the user as a test case, then test it, and try to narrow down the bug. It is not always possible to reproduce problems reported by users, but other problems may be found in this process.
3. After the product was released, I saw some comments from users, which were well received and negative ratings. From these comments, I learned what features users like and do not like. This information is helpful for the improvement of product quality and the development of new products.
4. Recently, users dive on the forum to discuss a wider range of topics than the ones directly reported by users. This gives a more real picture of the products used by users. This is a bit biased.
