This chapter describes the convenient and fast built-in clone tool.
Why is it like a shadow separation technique?
Refer to Naruto ):
The separation technique can be divided into several bodies, dozens of bodies, and even thousands of bodies.
(This is an enhanced version of Naruto's multi-shadow split-Body Technique-"Harem techniques 」)
You can see it later.
01
First, draw the image you want in the main workspace.
You can use any line segment tool
Here I am using paintbrush (shortcut key B). I wrote a letter named Y.
02
When we usually need many identical objects, we use Ctrl + C labels and CTRL + V to paste them.
But basically, if the parent object of the original zookeeper has made any changes, other objects labeled by the zookeeper will not be changed together, imagine how many times do you need to change the number of objects that have been attached to zookeeper?
The built-in expression design function "clone" can solve this problem.
Select "Y" and select "top menu"> "eidt"> "clone ".
An identical y will be generated.
In the same way, let the screen contain a few more y
Take a closer look at the sample image. Each y node has only two sub-objects except the parent object.
Because the parent object here is a regular path, but the child object is a clone
Even if you can modify the color and brush style, you still cannot modify the clone shape.
03
Now we use convert anchor point (shortcut key shift + C) to change the shape of Y.
Because clone is used, when the appearance of the original parent object changes, the child object will also change.
Using clone, you can change all the child objects that you want to make them grow the same.
You do not need to modify it one by one or re-upload the token
04
After knowing how to use clone
Next, let's take a look at another smart part of clone.
I changed the parent object to black, and the other sub-objects were renamed 1 ~ 5
Delete the parent object.
The sub-object named "5" automatically inherits the parent object status.
So even if the original parent object disappears, another child object that was attached to the parent object will be automatically inherited.
Currently, the results of my tests are generated after a child object is randomly selected for automatic inheritance.
Let's try to modify the appearance of the new parent object.
05
If you want to select a clone, make it an independent path and no longer attach it to the parent object
Go to top menu-> Object-> convert object to path (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + O)
It becomes the regular path
Alternatively, you can directly select a sub-object, and then click the "register" tab to repeat it!
06
If you are using text, you must use convert object to path to use the clone function!
Similar to top menu> Object> convert object to path
After the conversion is complete, clone will appear !!!
TIPS ~ Hope to help
If you can use design, it will bring you twice the result with half the effort!
