Exsi and NTP server date time synchronization configuration

The recent Exsi server time is always wrong, in the time configuration is always not correct display, using the following methods, you can quickly update to the latest time.
System: Exsi 5.5

1. Login to ESXi host via SSH

How to open exsi ssh I will not say, we go online search, very simple.

2. Modify NTP profile via SSH

Vi/etc/ntp.conf

Add a row to the configuration file:
TOS Maxdist 30

3. Modify/ETC/LIKEWISE/LSASSD.CONF configuration file

Find the Sync-system-time=no line, remove the previous comment # and save the exit.

4. Restart NTP and LSASSD services

/ETC/INIT.D/LSASSD restart
/ETC/INIT.D/NTPD restart

5. Wait a minute or so, and then refresh the exsi time.
Location: Configure---Software---time configuration---Refresh

Ntpdate command:
Ntpdate-u 210.72.145.44: Network time synchronization command

Note: If you do not add the-u parameter, you receive the following prompt: No server suitable for synchronization found
-U: You can see from man ntpdate that the-u parameter can be synchronized with the host over the firewall;
210.72.145.44: Official server of China National Timing Center.
