Many people once claim that the above tags can speed up google's updates to their own websites. Is this method feasible? My personal opinion is as follows:
This tag should not work for google to update websites, for the following reasons:
1. google has basically reduced the role of meta to a very low level, whether it is common keywords, description or some other labels;
2. google updates your website based on the update frequency of your own website. As long as your website is updated frequently and new content is added, google's website will also be updated frequently, it can be said that this is the most important and fundamental factor that determines the search engine to update your website;
3. Role of the prvalue. Many insiders believe that the PR value is the deciding factor for the search engine to update websites. Indeed, this is a very important role, but it is not a decisive factor. If your website content is updated at the same frequency or similar to other websites, if your PR is high, google may increase the update frequency of your website;
4. Website structure. If a website has an optimized structure and the spider can access your website smoothly, it will be more happy to visit your website. Of course, this should also be based on the frequency of content updates on your website;
5. Servers. Whether the server works properly will also affect the update frequency of the search engine on your website. If your server cannot be accessed during the search engine index, then the search engine will be updated over a period of time. If the same situation occurs several times, the search engine may delete your website from its database;
To sum up, the most important thing is to update the website content. If you have any more thorough comments, please discuss them!
