Failed to load SELinux policy freezing

First, Reason:

An incorrect configuration parameter was entered and saved when modifying the SELinux configuration file.

Second, Save:

1 . Restart the  system. 2. On the startup option, Press e. 3. Go to the Grub edit page. 
4  Move the cursor down to the next line of FI. 
5. Add selinux=0ctrl+xand restart. 7. Get rid of the wrong configuration parameters after entering the system.

Iii. Additional notes:

1. My operating system is CentOS 7.

2. The solution found online (more than 2014,2015 years) is to add the enforcing=0 option on the same line. Tested this method does not take effect on CentOS 7.
