Phenomenon One: Input Chinese characters but open dialog box

In Word input text, originally used well, who knows suddenly keyboard operation becomes menu operation, input a Chinese character, Chinese characters did not come out, but opened a menu dialog box, let you inexplicably. You can only save the exit and then start again.

In fact, it is likely that you have just accidentally pressed the ALT key. In Word, Excel and other software, the ALT key is the default to activate the menu bar shortcut keys, press this key, the menu bar "file" option will be raised a piece (Figure 1), and then press the corresponding key, you can open the corresponding dialog box.

The solution to this problem is to click the Alt key again to deactivate the menu bar. This phenomenon also exists in other software interfaces, such as the system's resource manager, IE browser, and so on, because the ALT key default function is to activate the menu bar.

Phenomenon two: The spreadsheet cannot move the cell cursor

Press the SCROLL LOCK key again to solve the problem.

Phenomenon three: Browser, QQ dialog box can not enter Chinese characters

This is probably the most disturbing phenomenon, its specific symptoms are: Browser, QQ, Ali Wangwang and other sensitive software can not input Chinese characters, but open Notepad, word and other office software is very normal.
