Failure determining if we are running on a Domai

The error message "server service is not started". So far, I have found several "errors" confusing new users ".
The solution to "no Server Service started" is preferred:
It is a service in the network attribute, that is, "Microsoft network file and printer sharing". The installation method is to right-click the network neighbor on the desktop and in the open network connection window, right-click the local connection, click "Install" in the local connection properties, and then click "add service.

Exceptions (this service is not installed will cause the following exceptions, but it does not mean that the following exceptions are caused by this service ):

Check the log and find this error:

After the service is installed, the installation is successful.

2. When modifying the local user's permission, the affiliated page cannot be opened. When you click this page, the system will prompt "No Server service is started"

3. users in the LAN cannot access your machine (this is not an exception, but some new users may leave it here if they do not know the cause)
