My current status is that there are still a lot of mistakes in sending commands, and the plan is not doing well. Some basic commands are still sending errors, so it is not easy to cope with large traffic volumes, or even a little too limited. Sometimes you have worked hard, but the result is not as expected. It can only be said that the effort is not enough, and the rest is pale. However, the masters think that the three of us are not getting started yet. The most important thing is that our security awareness is insufficient. For example, I forgot the plane that is being landed. For example, I gave the plane a taxi command but didn't stare at how it slipped. When the captain was also distracted, he may have accidentally entered the runway from the middle, or he had been to the runway without his permission. This happened when I was a trainee, if an airplane is landing, this may cause the plane to fly again, and the consequences will be serious. "Security" is the lifeline of Civil Aviation. Security awareness is the core of every controller. You can command more advanced aircraft technologies and give commands to more than a dozen planes at the same time, however, if security awareness is not in place to cause a serious event, it may not only cause a great loss to the safety of others' life and property, but will basically reimburse their careers. At present, the civil aviation administration imposes a large penalty for causing major human errors. The initial punishment is to suspend the service for six months and add fines. This price is very high. Therefore, the mind method is the first, the sword technique is the second, and there is no mind method. It may be difficult to practice the sword only.
In the programmer's career, few people will emphasize this aspect for you. More is the pursuit of technological improvement and efficiency improvement. For example, the Code is neat and less secure. I think this may also be the case where the cost of making a mistake is determined. The cost of making a mistake is low. It doesn't matter if an error occurs. If something goes wrong, I will return it again. It's a big deal to stay up for one night. It is common for programmers to make bugs and change bugs. However, if you emphasize the good faith method, reducing the error rate may save a lot of time and energy.
Mentoring
The control industry is an industry that requires a lot of experience. The sky is changing and everything is there. Experience is capital. The Inheritance of mentoring is very important. When new people go up, there are only some basic instructions, some dead knowledge, which requires guidance from the master to be more flexible. I have been a trainee for so long. I am very grateful to every master for correcting my mistakes and cultivating my habits. Although I have a designated Master, every "senior" gave me a good feeling and didn't let me go, if there is no hacker, it should be said that it is very straightforward to scold. In fact, I am a year or two older than several masters, but I was a senior at the beginning of my career. My designated Master, also known as "Gun brother", has been under control in Zhangjiajie for more than a decade. He is a bold and straight man and has a crush on classical literature. To be honest, this mentoring atmosphere is really good. It reminds me that when I first started working as a programmer, the teacher threw me a book "C # Getting Started classics" and didn't care about me anymore, during this period, I asked him to ask questions. He said, "You won't do this." I have never asked him any more, so I have to read books and learn by myself.
Programmers have a low self-study threshold. They can report their courses for a few months and write two years of work experience to apply for a job. The relationship between teachers and apprentices is relatively weak, and there is a hidden competition between them. On the one hand, I think I should be grateful to myself as an apprentice. On the other hand, meeting good masters will really reduce your detours. Although the program can be self-taught, in fact, many industry experience is also very important, do not know how to write a good program for the travel industry applications, so I think it is beneficial to do a good job of mentoring and inheritance. For the master, if you feel that it is a loss to share your knowledge and experience, we recommend that you do not bring your apprentice to avoid mistakes. As an apprentice, we must strive to make "Blue wins from Blue, and ice water is cold from water ". Newcomers are engaged in addition, continuous accumulation, and accumulation of professional knowledge and industry-related knowledge. A master once asked me how many planes are there and how many planes are there? At that time, I felt a little embarrassed. This is because there was a problem with the opening of the plane's wings in Zhangjiajie. The accumulation of professional knowledge can reflect a person's professional qualities at key times.
Career Planning
At a training session, a manager said: Do you want to be a good controller, or do you want to promote the civil aviation industry reform talents? What kind of career plans do you have for yourself? This led me to think about it. Although I was transferred, I still have a proper working and atmosphere. In the future, it is very likely that I will take controllers as my career, why is there no higher goal? At present, there are still many shortcomings, and we are still humble. We clean up every day, bring meals to our masters, get trained, and review them. We remind ourselves to pay attention to this problem and ignore this problem. However, the future is not just a single acre of land. When we first entered the industry with the mentality of raising a family, it seems that such a mentality is very wrong. This is not a place to touch the fish and hit the clock, it is either outstanding or out of the box, and there is no play in front of security. The General Manager also said to me, "It is very difficult to rely on basic work for people to make a lottery." Maybe I have a programmer for six years. I have to think more about this.
It seems that civil aviation is slower to promote informatization than high-speed rail systems. On the one hand, passengers need to wait for a long time to wait and some internal work can be automated, many of them are completely meaningless duplicates. They may not be optimized even when enterprises and personnel are under pressure.
Healthy
Control is a job that requires staying up late. during the peak season, the flight will end at and the plane will be prepared at AM. This is more frequent than programmers staying up late at work. Basically, everyone pays great attention to fitness. Boys are willing to play basketball, swim, and are not allowed to drink for 8 hours before taking up their posts. Programmers like to get to bed after. After work, they seldom seek friends to bring a ball. Eating is also a daily takeout. The body is the capital of the revolution. If you do not have a good health, the best job is useless.
