I. Description of the essay:
(1) Planning and arrangement:
In the first week of the team, we first discussed what to do next, and finally decided to work with other groups to do the program, write the preliminary specification requirements, and the code to learn, before the platform has been built.
The second week begins with programming, everyone realizes their own part of the simple function, makes the specification of the ultimate version, UI design.

The third week UI design Improvement + Architecture design + test plan, and individual team members can achieve more advanced features.

The four weeks of actual combat coding, the team members can achieve their own part of the majority of functions, and testing.

Week five continues coding, and can achieve the docking between the various parts, while continuing to test, find and modify bugs, improve the plan, alpha release.

The second stage of the six-week sprint-seven consecutive days of stand-up meetings + Test + project Management promotion, Beta release.

The seventh week of the official version of the complete + release user manual.

The eighth week of the official release.

The Nineth week is deployed online.

(2) Group Division

① Requirements Manual Workflow: The specification of the various parts of the distribution to the individual team members, after the completion of the task team, to discuss the functional acceptance criteria, complete specification requirements specification.

② Team members Division: Yezhiyu is mainly responsible for database functions, content of the part; Ponglio is mainly responsible for UI interface design, Cai and Zhang Jianping mainly responsible for the implementation of Web page function, connection database.
