According to the Net Applications data of research institutions, the market share of IE browsers continued to decline in February this year, while that of Firefox increased to nearly 22%.
Net Applications data shows that the IE market share dropped from 68.18% to 68.17%, Firefox increased from 21.75% to 21.96%, and Apple Safari 7.70% to 7.42%.

Google Chrome increased from 1.13% to 1.16%, while Opera increased from 0.68% to 0.70%. Last week, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer admitted that IE's market share is declining, but Ballmer believes that Microsoft has the ability to recover lost ground.
