Tutorial Highlights: The matching of stroke and Gaussian blur

Effect Introduction: Speaking of cloud effect, we will immediately think of the use of PS filter, and I also heard that FW4 with the filter Candy4 can achieve this kind of effect, but I have never used. This effect is very simple to complete, stroke-filled material-Gaussian blur, so three steps. But the fundamental reason for doing this tutorial is to let everyone know about the disorder of the structure. The neat arrangement structure is for the rigorous, makes the person at a glance, the random arrangement structure is in order to increase the visual effect. This point has a deep connotation, and the application is very extensive. You can think of it as a theory of design.

Operation Steps:

1, the new scene, background blue. Select Pencil Tool (Pencil tool) to scribble in the scene, and when finished, specify the stroke color in the Stroke (stroke) panel to be white with a stroke width of 2 pixels. You can draw lines with all the other tools you can use to draw lines. One thing to be aware of is that the lines drawn are not too loose, to be more concentrated. See Figure 1.

2, select the scene in the line, in the Stroke panel texture (material) items selected swish for line add material, material total of 100%.

3, select any group of lines, open effect (effect) panel, in the list of effects to select Blur--gaussian blur (Fuzzy-Gaussian blur). In the pop-up dialog box, pull the slider to create a blur for the line. Remember the point is that the degree of ambiguity can not be low 2. Otherwise, the shape of the line will be present, it will not be able to achieve the effect we want to obtain. See Figure 2.

4, use the above method continue to draw line--Specify material--add blur effect. Attention should be paid to adjust the fuzzy degree of different lines and the position arrangement in the scene to reflect the disorder of the clouds.

5, finally, using pen Tool (pen tool) to draw some wavy lines, the starting point of the line and the end of the combination. The fill color is blue. Create a sea-like effect as embellishment. Complete the production of the whole drawing. The final effect is shown in Figure 3.
