Easy to implement batch screenshots
Many novice users usually for manuscripts and tutorials with the map, are directly using the keyboard print Screen key to use or QQ screenshot to help, but because the system Clipboard can only save one copy of the content, each screenshot after the need to create a new paint program, the image paste save.
In fact, as long as the use of WPS2009 new multiple Clipboard can easily achieve a lot of screenshots, because the multiple clipboard can remember multiple copies of content (including text and pictures), so that after the start WPS can use its clipboard to bulk save the Print Screen key (QQ screenshot) intercepted pictures. The specific methods are as follows:
First step: Save the picture. After you run WPS, click edit → multiple clipboard, WPS starts the multiple clipboard in the right window and automatically collects the copied content. First empty the Clipboard contents as shown in Figure 1.

Then press the Print screen key screenshot (Press the Alt+print screen button to capture the current active window) or QQ screenshot, and then you can see the clipboard saved images in WPS, as shown in Figure 2.

Tip: WPS's multiple clipboard can save up to 24 pictures.
Step Two: Extract the image. Now that you click the Clipboard item, you can quickly paste the picture into the section you specify, as shown in Figure 3.

If you want to save it, simply paste the screenshot you want into a new document and save it as "**.htm" and save the Type "Web (*.htm;*.html)", saved in the desired directory. After saving, open the "*: screenshot. Files" folder and you'll see all the screenshots.
Tip: After you start paint or QQ Chat window, click the Drop-down menu of the appropriate clipboard item, and then select Copy to system Clipboard to paste the image directly into the program. In addition, the Clipboard contents are emptied to free up memory when the operation is complete.
