I recently received a beta test invitation from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and finally let me uncover its mysterious veil. Since the release of last year's Dynamics CRM December patch package, a number of new elements have been added: Business Processing bar (BPF), internal microblogging (Yammer), integrated Skype, integrated Bing, and new form layouts. To the recently released version of Dynamics CRM Beta, there are also some updates on the UI that I believe are a big challenge for both end users and implementation consultants. All of these changes illustrate Microsoft's determination to make the Dynamics CRM 2013 a professional and easy-to-use business CRM software.
In the following period of time, I will update some of the experience of Dynamics CRM 2013 to share with you, because of the confidentiality of the relationship, temporarily can not provide the corresponding information to everyone. See how to upgrade from Dynamcis CRM 2011 to Dynamics CRM 2013 today.
1) Run the Dynamics CRM 2013 update package
2) Select the organization that needs to be updated, and the update operation modifies the existing table structure: the Extensionbase and base tables are merged into one.
3) Select a system role that minimizes the ability of the running role to meet its operational requirements
4) for installation testing
5) Install the Dynamics CRM 2013 report Extension (SSRS)
6) Perform SSRS installation detection
7) system installation is successful
