First month of work participation

It was boring during this time and I didn't play games either, I don't want to engage in technology recently. I feel so depressed! I suddenly thought about writing a blog tonight and summarized my work time last month.

I have been working for a month. It's quite good this month at hanjia! Having met a group of cool programmers has accumulated some connections. I had a good time with them, and the personnel department manager took care of me.

In my project team, a total of 11 people, 9 are engaged in Java Development, and 2 Java testers, one of whom is a girl, this also adds a lot of fun to our team, easing the atmosphere, working with men and women is not tired!

My company is Guangdong hanjia Information Co., Ltd., an outsourcing company. This time we came in mainly to work with China Southern Airlines on an outsourcing project. When we returned to the company, we did not receive any development tasks. The main task was to review basic java knowledge at the company, I picked up the basic java knowledge I forgot. In Middle July, I used to take a written examination by China Southern Airlines. In the past 10 days, we have been focusing on self-study. We have also found some types of PEN questions on the Internet to train our hands. At the same time, we have gathered everyone to discuss the questions found by everyone before the afternoon, let's talk about your understanding of the question and discuss it together. Because I just got out of school and also attended training courses on the wisdom-based podcast, therefore, these general basic java knowledge and popular frameworks in Web development are not very difficult for me. The personnel department manager is also very confident in me, because she knows that I just came out of school and is still familiar with this aspect. At the beginning, a few days ago, we were all very passionate about it. Every one of us had a question to discuss in the afternoon. After a while, basically I found the questions that I was looking for. Gradually, this kind of enthusiasm became lighter and I was waiting for the notification to go to China Southern Airlines for the exam. I am always chatting on Weibo and QQ every day when I go to work. Sometimes I sleep at work in the morning. It's so depressing!

On September 18, July 16, we finally waited for the notice to say that we had passed the China Southern Airlines examination on the 18 th. All of us said: We finally waited for the Spring Festival! This does not take two days to complete the examination. In the past two days, I mainly looked at the set of questions provided by the company. She said that there were a lot of questions in the set last time, so I mainly looked at the two sets of questions these two days, consolidate the knowledge. At the end of the 18th day, we first returned to the company in the morning and went to China Southern Airlines at noon. Because the examination started at half past two P.M., and the female colleagues in our group lived there, she was familiar with it, so she took us to the bus. As usual, it would take an hour and a half to take the bus over there, so we went to dinner at and drove over. At around, I took the bus. It would have taken about an hour and a half. Who knows that this 40 minutes has arrived there, too early! It will take another hour to start the exam! Depressed. We had nothing to do, so we had to go around there.

Wait until half past two and start the test. On the 5th floor, we didn't immediately see the student I used to train with Intelligence. What's more, my students sat next to me for the exam. His company is Guangzhou footprint Information Co., Ltd. I also helped him in this company. The exam was sent down. I was surprised to see the question. This question is too simple, and there are actually more than 10 questions in the previous two sets. I soon finished it, but I checked it again to keep it conservative. One of my company's colleagues handed in the paper first. I was the third. After the paper was handed in, my classmates took the subway back together. It was too far away from my place of residence, it took more than an hour to take the subway. What a nightmare!

The assessment has finally passed, and it will take another two weeks for the results to come out. Isn't that happening again? Nothing to do! However, I plan to learn extjs. I learned extjs in the first week. I have something to do this week, so it takes a while. The next week, I suddenly received a bad news. China Southern Airlines had to have an interview to go to work there. I thought, now I am in danger and want to interview? The personnel department manager said that about three of the seven people will be brushed off. It's even worse. This is not an even larger opportunity for fresh graduates like me who have no experience, I just came out of our group with no work experience. On the other hand, the main reason is that our company has recruited too many people, and China Southern Airlines won't be able to attract so many people, so we had an interview to refresh people. Seeing my classmates in the company, we had two people in the past, you don't have to do any further interviews. Go to work directly. On Friday, I used to have an interview with China Southern Airlines. At that time, I felt quite good. I felt like I could have been there. On Sunday, I had no results yet. At that time, I felt really uncomfortable. I didn't want to go to the company on Monday. However, you can just try again!
