It is a key factor that determines the success or failure of a project to provide technical services that help customers solve problems.

The next process is the customer of the previous process. A famous company proposed that everyone in the company should look for your target customers and serve them sincerely. If you cannot find your target customers, it means you leave the company. In software development, coding personnel are the customers of designers and testing personnel are the customers of design and coding personnel. Whether the output of the previous process is sufficient for the input of the next process is another key point that determines the success or failure of the project.
