3.2 Flags Flying

The waving banner is a popular in the flash community "How do I do?" "The question. To tell the truth, how best to implement this animation, tortured me for a long time. My first thought was to use tween shapes and frame-by-step animations, but this proved to be time-consuming and not satisfying. Then one day, unexpectedly, it prompts me: if I slide the proper graphics through a mask space, I have a flying idea about the banner, which breaks the traditional way I make animations. It makes all things suddenly much easier.

1. You will start to make a good long and repeated fluttering of the banded graphics. First with a simple rectangle, fill with any color, do not stroke. Make it slightly wider than it is tall.

2. Use the selection tool to adjust the top and bottom arcs. You will repeat this shape to create a pattern, so select it and copy it.
