Several representations of 1.Flash stone

Many places in nature can find stones, different stones in color, shape, size, pattern, coarse slip and other aspects have different characteristics. In the foundation of Traditional Chinese painting, there are several kinds of drawing of stone, such as the sketch of Stone chapped, the combination of many stones, the chapped of Stone, as shown in Figure 6-2.

In the cartoon flash, the proportion of stone used is less, generally only play the role of embellishment, so the painting is also relatively simple, generally just use the pen tool or pencil tool to draw a little bit of the shadow line and fill the color can be, as shown in Figure 6-3.

2. The law of Light and Shade sketch

At ordinary times, we can learn more sketch modeling, so that the most performance of the object's three-dimensional, spatial sense and the overall sense, but also to master a certain degree of light and shade laws. The Light and shade sketch is a kind of modelling method which the beginner is easy to accept.

So first understand the law of Light and Shade sketch:

To learn the sketch of light and shade, the first thing to solve is the five-tone relationship. Namely: bright tone, gray tone, light and shade line, reflective, projection. On this basis, further in-depth description of the various features of the body in order to express the object's sense of three-dimensional and space. First of all, from the light of the effect to accurately grasp the tone. Namely: Light and white gray consciousness. In the observation or characterization of image, all need to have a certain light conditions. Any object must be under a certain light irradiation, it will produce a certain dark and dark side, that is, five major tones. Secondly, we should grasp the tone of light and shade from the angle of the whole of the tone. Natural image formation of the light and dark relationship, the level is very rich. Especially the complex form of light and dark relations, is more complex. The arrangement of the five major tones, with a strong scientific nature, can not be reversed, can not be confused. Again, from the color order principle to grasp the tone. Only by observing, analyzing and understanding, and dealing with the relationship of five major tones, can we improve the moulding ability and create artistic works. Finally, we should establish stereoscopic concept and space consciousness in the mind. The concrete theory knowledge does not say much, below enters the actual combat to draw.

Operation Steps:

In Flash to draw a stone also need to show the level of the stone, the layer of the three-dimensional performance of the stone.

1. Draw the background

(1) After the launch of Flash, create a new document, its parameters are the default. The first thing to do is to create a background select the Rectangle tool ① in the toolbar, set the stroke color to none ② in the color option below, the fill color value is "#009CD6" ③, and draw a rectangular ④ of the appropriate size in the workspace, as shown in Figure 6-4.

(2) After the combination of the graphic, and then select the tool bar in the "Brush Tool" ①, set the fill color of the brush to "#00A7DA" ②, set the brush size and shape in "options" ③, draw out the sky clouds decorate ④, and finally select the Pencil tool ⑤ in the toolbar, set the stroke color to # 70b3de ", the fill color is white, draws and adjusts the beautiful cloud ⑥, finally transforms it to the graphical component and then drags to the scene the suitable position ⑦. Adjust the background, clouds, and clouds again, as shown in Figure 6-5.

(3) Now join the desert background. Execute the file → import → Import to library menu command, select the prepared mountain background material file in the pop-up Import to library window, click the Open button, and import graphics into the library.

(4) Create a new layer to place the desert background, select the Toolbar "selection Tool" ①, in the "library" select the imported background, put in the appropriate location in the workspace, forming a beautiful blue sky and white background, as shown in Figure 6-6.

2. Drawing of Stones

Look at the breakdown of the stone before drawing the stone, as shown in Figure 6-7.

As you can see, the method of drawing a stone in this instance is drawn by the light and shade relationship, and the following is made.

(1) Execute "insert" → "New symbol" menu command (shortcut key is "Ctrl+f8" ②, in the Create new symbol window that pops up, set name to Stone, type to graph, click OK to ④, and create a new graphic symbol, as shown in Figure 6-8.

(2) Enter the "Stone" element, select Pen tool in the toolbar, set the stroke color to black in the color option, the Fill color value is #FF6699, set stroke height to 1 in the properties panel below, and stroke style as solid line, In the working area, draw two pieces of the larger area of the stone, one is a stone, the other is a shadow. Select the Subselection tool in the toolbar and adjust the line node as shown in Figure 6-9.

(3) Select "Select Tool" in the toolbar, select the two-piece edge by pressing the DELETE key on the keyboard, and then set the color values of the two graphs to "#C79F40" and "#785707", respectively, and place them in the appropriate position to form a stone contrast, as shown in Figure 6-10.

4 in the toolbar, select the Pen tool ①, set the fill color value to "#997637" ②, draw the dark parts of the stone ③, then select the "subselection tool" ④ in the toolbar, adjust the line nodes, and then remove the edges of the graph using the method you just described. Finally, combine them separately and place them in the appropriate position on the ⑤ stone, as shown in Figure 6-11.

Note: When drawing a stone, be sure to pay attention to layering and lock other work layers that are not in progress, making it easier to draw.

(5) In the toolbar, select the Pen tool ①, set the fill color value to "#FEEAAA" ②, draw the high light portion of the stone ③, then select the "subselection tool" ④ in the toolbar, adjust the line node, and then remove the edges of the graphic using the method you just described. Finally, combine them separately and place them in the appropriate position on the ⑤ stone, as shown in Figure 6-12.

(6) In the toolbar, select the Pen tool ①, draw another stone, using the method of illustration 2 to draw the grass; then select the Subselection tool ② in the toolbar, adjust the line nodes, and remove the edge ③ of the graphic with the selection tool, and then combine it separately and put it in the appropriate position ④, As shown in Figure 6-13.

(7) Click the Edit Scene button, select Scene 1 to return to the scene workspace ①, create a new layer to put the stone graphics ②, and then select the Toolbar "selection Tool" ③, press the "ctrl+l" shortcut to the "library panel" ④, in the "library" select the stone element ⑤, Drag the stone element into the appropriate location in the workspace ⑥, forming a beautiful picture of the desert Silk Road, as shown in Figure 6-14.

To this stone to draw the example of the completion of the stone, the style of a variety of round, ribbed and so on, as long as the grasp of its shape and the relationship between light and dark, you can show its stereoscopic feeling.

Important tip: To draw when you need to pay attention to the color of the match, the stone is a cold color, so the color is generally gray, black, brown and other darker colors, in order to make the stone more prominent, can increase the high light and reflective effect.
