After entering the Manage Your Applications page, click on the application icon you created to enter the application's homepage.

As shown in the diagram, you can see the basic information of the application in the home page of the application. The top right button allows you to manage billing settings. Next to the lower left icon is the current state of the application. Before uploading an application, you must determine the status of the application as waiting for upload.

Click the view details below the icon to enter the application Details page. In the middle of the page there is a Binary Details button, click to see the file upload.

You can also change the status of the application on this page. I am currently experiencing the following States:

Waiting for upload wait for upload, only this state can upload IPA

Waiting for Review wait for audit, upload success, start queuing up for approval

In Review is under review

Developer Reject developers withdraw, developers may for some reason to recall the file for modification, the next upload must enter the binary details page modify the application status of waiting for upload, can be the next upload. It will be queued again after uploading.

Also, since my application is being audited, I don't know what else to do, but there are at least two kinds of rejections and passes.

Update Mobileprovision and P12

Now let me introduce you to one important thing that you have to do before uploading your application. I introduced the generation methods for the two files Mobileprovision and p12 in the "How to use the iOS Developer authorization and request Certificate" article, and also mentioned that they need to use different files during the development and release phases. Next I'll briefly describe where to generate mobileprovision and P12 files for the application to prepare for release.

Back to the developer authorization system, after entering the Certificates page, click the Distribution tab. The following figure, click on the link in the map to download a Applewwdrca (Apple World Wide Developer Relations Certification) certificate file to the local, if it is a Mac, Double-click it to enter Keychain access, which will sign all the certificates you have downloaded from the Apple Developer Web site, including the certificates mentioned in the previous article. But I can't find a way to use Applewwdrca to sign a certificate under Windows, so I can't provide a viable alternative to using the Mac to sign the signature. If your certificate has not been Applewwdrca signed, it will not be uploaded to the itunes connect normally.

Return to the Developer Authorization System Certificate page, click Request Certificate, upload a CSR file according to the process we introduced before, then download a CER file for signature (need Mac), and then export p12 for Flash release.

The Mobileprovision file is generated in a way that is no different from the previous approach, except that you need to reapply a profile from the Distribution tab and select a distribution signature certificate. You can export the provision file.

Repackage an IPA with the new P12 and mobileprovision files, which is the binary file we're about to upload to the itunes Connect.

Uploading applications using Application Loader

Using application loader under a Mac is the only way to upload binary to itunes Connect. If you install the Xcode 4, you can use the latest application Loader 1.4来 upload, otherwise you can download application Loader 1.3.dmg, you can also refer to Application Loader use guide.

Application loader using the method is very simple, use your developer account login, and then follow the prompts step-by-step operation is OK. Application Loader provides not only the file upload function, it also verifies and checks the IPA's certificate and authorization, so if your file is not legally signed during the release, or if you do not use the correct authorization and certificate, the upload will not be successful.

After the upload, you can wait for review.
