Now we are going to combine this lone leaf into a branch.
Do you think it is hard to see if you use such an identical leaf to make it into a branch? Flash provides us with a very good tool: "Freeform tool". With the "freeform tool" we can change the leaf that was drawn in front to the desired shape.
The freeform tool rotates the scaling element, or it can distort the drawing object and shape the envelope. When you select the "Freeform Tool" in the Toolbox, the corresponding "options" appear below the toolbox, as shown in Figure 2-1-34.

Description: The "Options" section of the Freeform tool includes 5 buttons, from top to bottom: Align objects, rotate and tilt, zoom, twist, and envelope. You can use the mouse to point to these buttons, the corresponding button function will be displayed. In addition, when you select the "Freeform Tool", the "Options" in the button is not immediately activated, in addition to the "Align Object" button, the other buttons are grayed out, only you select a specific object in the scene, the other 4 buttons to become available.
(1) Rotating leaves
When you select the Freeform tool, click the leaves on the stage, and the leaves are surrounded by a box with a small circle in the middle, which is the deformation point, which is centered when we zoom and rotate, as shown in Figure 2-1-35.
Figure 2-1-35 Deformation point
This point can be moved. Move the cursor closer to it, the cursor will be a more circle, hold down the mouse drag, drag it to the petiole, we need it around the petiole rotation, as shown in Figure 2-1-36 and figure 2-1-37.

Then move the mouse pointer to the upper-right corner of the box and the mouse turns into an arc-like shape, which means it can be rotated. Drag down the mouse, the leaves around the control point rotation, to the right place to release the mouse, the effect is shown in Figure 2-1-38.
