Description
This document describes the mailing address filtering configuration for all fortigate devices. FortiGate can identify and filter e-mail addresses. All mail filtering functions need to send and receive mail using mail client software (such as Microsoft Outlook,outlook express,foxmail).
Environment Introduction:
This article uses FORTIGATE110C to do the demo. The system version supported in this article is Fortios v4.0.
Step one: Create a new mailing address filter list
New filter list in UTM----anti-spam----e-mail address
Step two: Define the filtered Address
Then click New definition to filter email address
Email Address: input filter Email address
Template type: Select Matching code
Action: Select marked as junk e-mail
Enable: Check enable this message filtering function
Note: You can define multiple mailing addresses in this way
Step Three: Configure the Protection content table
In the firewall----protect Content table----Anti-Spam----e-mail address list of black and white Iamp, POP3, SMTP, Imaps, Pop3s, Smtps
Select a defined mailing address filter table in the options
Actions: Tags: Mark this message as junk e-mail
Discard: Discard this message
Mark Location: Select the location of the junk e-mail mark, subject or MIME header, and recommend a theme selection
Tag format: Defines the contents of a tagged spam message by default to spam: (That is, junk e-mail)
Check the record spam in the log
