Flying Letter Address Book is a letter to provide you with an online, never lost address book. Address book information stored in the Flying letter system of the server, you can at any time through the Flying Letter PC client and other support letter address list of clients to update the address Book.
Login to fly the PC client, click the "Address Book" page to sign, enter the Address book (Figure 1).

Address Book Contact management
Address Book Contact management includes: Create a new contact, view/edit data, delete a contact, and import a contact person.
New Contact
In the Address Book window, click the "New Contact" button, or click the right mouse button in the Address Book buddy list, select "New Contact" to open the new contact window.
In the New contact window, enter the contact name, contact details, business information (Figure 2), and click OK. If the other side is not your flying friend, and the other mobile phone number for mobile phone number, click, Open Add Friends window, you can put this contact to fly a friend.

View/Edit Material
Select the contact you want to view/edit, right-click, select "View/Edit material", open the View/Edit contact window, and view and edit the operation.
Delete a contact
In the Address Book window, select the contact you want to delete, right-click, select "Delete Contact" in the pop-up menu, and confirm that you can delete the contact person.
Import Contacts
Click on the Address Book interface to open the "Import address List" window (Figure 3). You can choose to import from the fly-through buddy list, import from Outlook contact information, and import from a file that contains contact information.

Import from the Flying Friends list
Select "Import from the Fly Friend list", set the Save mode, click "Next", follow the instructions of the wizard.

Import from Outlook contact information
Select Import from Outlook contact information, and the system automatically reads the contact information from your Outlook.
When the read is complete, click Next and Follow the wizard's instructions.

Import from a file that contains contact information
Select "Import from file containing contact information", select the file that contains the contact information in the pop-up window, click "Next" and follow the wizard's instructions.

Address Book display mode settings
Flying Letter PC Client provides a different way to display the address book, you can follow the style you like to set. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Address Book page (Figure 7) and set up the menu by ejecting the Address book display.
The Address Book display method mainly includes the following several aspects the setting:
Set up contact book contacts Avatar Display: Small head, Big head.
Set up how the Address book is displayed: Display all contacts, contacts with phone numbers, contacts with mailboxes displayed.
Address Book Recycle Bin: Saves the results of your recently updated address book in chronological order.

If a contact person is your flying friend, and to your public mobile phone number, then in small avatar mode, the contact name will be displayed in front of the big Head mode, will display the friend's flying head. If a contact is not your flying friend, or the contact is your flying friend, but did not open your mobile phone number, then in small avatar mode, the contact name will be displayed in front. Interacting with a contact person
In the Address Book window, you can interact with contacts in your address Book by right-clicking the menu. Different types of contacts can use a slightly different function.
Send an instant message: Send a fly letter message to the selected contact (the contact person is your flying friend, and the phone number is disclosed to you to use this feature).
Send mms: Send a letter to the selected contact MMS (contact person is your flying friend, and to you public mobile phone number, in order to use this function).
Send a text message: Send a text message to the selected contact person (contact is your flying friend, and to give you a mobile phone number, will send a free letter message to the other side, the contact is not your flying friend, or the contact is your flying friend, but not to your public mobile phone number, will send a non-friend SMS message.
Add to fly Friends: to select a contact to send a friend request (the contact is not your flying friend, and the data in the mobile phone number fill in the mobile number to use this function).
Invited to open the letter: To select the contact person issued a letter of invitation to open letter (the contact was not opened flying, and contact information filled in the mobile phone number or effective e-mail address).
Address Book Recycling Station
The PC Address Book has the Address Book Recycle Bin feature, which saves the results of your recently updated address book in chronological order, allowing you to restore your address book to the status of the last 7 changes at any time.
Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Address Book page and select "Address Book Recycle Bin" in the pop-up menu to open the Address Book Recycle Bin window. In the Address Book Recycle Bin window, you can view the date, time, and address book record for each record change (Figure 8). Click the "Restore" button and click "Confirm" in the pop-up prompt box.
You can also access the Address Book Recycle Bin window through the main menu → address Book → Address Book Recycle Bin.
