3500 Series Switch password recovery

1. Unplug the power cord of the switch.

2. Connect the Super Terminal and the control line to the switch. The Super Terminal settings are as follows:

9600 baud rate

No parity

8 data bits

1 stop bit

No flow control

Switch (config) # no enable password

Switch (config) # exit

Switch # write memory
