3G dialing Assistant Under WinCE

In the past, when using the 3G module of Huawei em730, they provided a dialing software. In order to facilitate debugging of various 3G network adapters, a 3G dial-up assistant is provided. The function is basically the same as that provided by wince, and the mobile network number (MNC) is added) and automatic detection of signal strength, preset user name, password and domain, and can detect the status of the current dial-up connection.
