Many users may encounter many problems due to no driver setting when using a printer. The following articles detail how to set a printer driver.
Most of the Bill printers now have a cash box interface to help customers use the cash register system. Many users install the driver and print the test page or print it with their own software, after the content is printed, the cash box does not pop up, and the review is performed many times. The cash box is not opened, and the psychology is very depressing. If there is a problem with the printer, call customer service for help.
To enable the printer to open a cash box, you must meet the following two conditions:
First, the matching cash box. The market cash box is divided into 12 V/1a and 24 V/1a. The cash box output ports of the thermal printer are also divided into 12 V/1a and 24 V/1a. Therefore, the cash box must match the printer. For example, a printer with a 12 V/1a output port cannot open a 24 V/1a cash box.
2. Send a cash box command to the printer. If driver printing is used, you must set it in the driver. Choose printer and fax> Printer Driver> right-click Properties> preference> paper/quality> media, 4.1,

The three options in the media are translated into Chinese, which means to open the cash box before printing, and then open the cash box after printing. If we select to print the front cash box, the printer will first enable the cash box and then print the content sent.
