Users who have purchased IPhone5S may encounter the following issue with itunes recently: when using a data cable to connect to a PC (64-bit Win7 system), itunes does not recognize the iphone5s and cannot be resolved after reloading itunes. 1. First make sure that your itunes is up-to-date (11.1.1.11), plug in your connection and make sure you can see the status of the photos inside.
2. Right-click My Computer, manage. Device Manager. Locate the mobile device.
3. Right-click Apple iphone. Select Update Driver software. Browse the computer to find the driver software.
4. Select the path c:program filescommon filesapplemobile Device supportdrivers (if your itunes is not installed on the C drive, please locate the other disk path, note that the program Files ( Path of x86)
5. Unplug the data cable, open itunes, and then connect the phone, is it possible to recognize it?
