Add a line chart to an Excel stock chart

Sometimes you need to add a line chart to the Excel stock chart to compare the data, such as adding "turnover" data to the stock chart. As shown in the A1:f29 area contains the stock price data, where the A-E column is the opening, the highest, the lowest and the close, the F is listed as the turnover rate data, need a-e column data to draw stock chart, and add line chart to reflect the change of turnover rate in stock chart.

The implementation methods in Excel 2003 and Excel 2010 are as follows:

Excel 2003:

1. Select the A1:e29 area, click "Insert → chart" on the menu, choose "Stock Chart" in the dialog box, click Finish, and Excel inserts a stock chart.

2. Add "Turnover rate" series: Select a chart, click the menu "chart → source data → series", click the Add button in the dialog box, set the name to F1 cell, and set the value to the F2:f29 area.

3. Click OK to close the dialog box, at which point the stock chart changes as shown.

4. Repeatedly press up and DOWN ARROW keys, when the upper left corner of the name box appears in the "series ' turnover Rate '", double-click the chart has selected the "Turnover rate" series, pop-up "Data series Format dialog box." Select the Axes tab to modify the series drawing in option to the secondary axis.
