The two important tools that we often use in Active Directory projects are ADMT, and the second one is Profwiz. And many projects in the customer is worried about the new domain after the user profile is gone, very much want to have a way to retain the user's original configuration file. I was in a project two years ago. Clients do not want to repeat settings for printers, ie, and so on for each user. Because of the combination of tool use, domain name replacement is no longer a difficult event. Today, we recommend a free tool developed by Microsoft Partners: Profwiz, using Profwiz can do 3 jobs at a time: to migrate the computer into the domain, the local user profile to the domain user, and to give domain Users local administrator rights.
Profwiz.exe download, no registration, no installation, double-tap open to use.
1) double hit open Profwiz.exe click Next;

2) Enter domain-joined domain name and future domain account (existing), check join domain and set as default logon, click Next;

3) Select the user profile to be migrated to the domain user and click Next.

4) start work;

When you are done, you will find that the computer is already joined to the domain, the corresponding user profile has been migrated to the domain user, and the domain user has joined the local Administrators group!

You're done, restart your computer and use domain user login to verify it.
