This session main go through what we need to do next sprint story, we all know that at the end of each story we will be able to good the Agile poker to confirm its difficulty point. Before the sprint, make a story assessment and planning to provide references to the difficulty coefficients for the next story.

Story

Story is the heart of agility. All tasks come from story, we only have to make story to determine the task, all testing work is also based on story. Story is typically developed by Product manager.

Goodagile Poker

"Agile" Poker is used in grooming meetings where everyone holds 0,1/2,1,3,5,8,13,20,∞ digital poker.

0: We do not need to do (may already have)

1/2: We only need to add a configuration or change the configuration can be completed

1: We only need a small number of changes to the existing code to complete this story

2-20: Number Size: Workload + uncertainty place + complexity

Infinity: This story is too large to be rewritten.

During each round of story, you can exchange your own questions, and product manager and Scrum Master answer, and at the end each person turns on the hand, with the largest number and the smallest number of members explaining why; the second time showdown, the number of people explaining why Last third showdown, the final determination of the task "coefficient" (number of cards) is the largest number of all members hands.
