The LAN sharing method is not difficult. It is difficult to connect to the Bluetooth LAN, but the ping fails. The packet is sent normally, and the accept packet is increased at a rate of 0 or close to 0. There are obvious signs of different networks.
When I first installed the system and drive path, I was able to connect to the Bluetooth shared LAN. But then I couldn't do it. I got it all day yesterday and finally got it again. But honestly, I really don't know why.
I will only publicize the steps I have taken to success. I hope you can help me find out why it will not work.
1. between the Bluetooth client and the service machine (that is, my home machine and my notebook, the home machine uses the ivt usb Bluetooth adapter bluesoleil drive version1.6, And the notebook uses the acer Bluetooth bllustmth2.0 + EDR module) and firewall and arp protection.
2. Start the bluetooth device, including hardware boot. Software startup. For ivt, you only need to start one program, which includes the message response and Bluetooth configuration. But the key to the acerblue tooth program is to start btw..exe (if Optimization-loving people like me will accidentally fail to start these necessary services), because the Bluetooth shortcut on the acer desktop only starts the Bluetooth program, however, the notification program is not started. BTTay is the Message notification program. If it is not started, a single Bluetooth connection will occur, because the Bluetooth requests (including pairing, ftp shared folder, etc.) will be because there is no message reminder (Message reminder can pop up asking whether to receive connections, so there is no message reminder, certainly another machine can not connect ).
3. Set the Bluetooth Network Card of the two machines to the same IP address segment, do not be in the same network segment as the original network card. For example, the local wired connection IP address of my Bluetooth server is 192.168.1.4 (because it is shared with other people's ADSL), and the Bluetooth ip address is 172.18.183.254. the Bluetooth ip address of the Bluetooth client is 172.18.183.111. the local connection is disabled.
4. Connect to the acer Bluetooth client in this way. My name is "group ad-hoc network" on the client, and it will connect to the "LAN connection" of the server ". In this way, the two machines can be connected easily. But it is a pity that ping is different.
5. if you find that the two machines ping their own TTL are different, you can change the TTL value to the same value on the Bluetooth client. You can search for "Modify TTL" on Google to modify the TTL value on Regedit. It must be restarted.
5. some people have said on the Internet that, because the USB Bluetooth of IVT may have 11111 Mac and cannot be pinged, I don't know if this is the reason. In short, I will slightly modify the modification method: first, turn off the Bluetooth Software Program of the service machine. Right-click the Bluetooth Network connection on the service machine-> properties-> Configuration-> there is a Mac that can be found to be 101111111111-> I changed it to any hexadecimal valid number of the same length. Save and re-open. It changed, re-open the Bluetooth Software program, and then view the result. The result is changed back to 101111111111. No matter, directly reconnect the Bluetooth of the two machines according to the original method. Ping the server and change it to the status that you just installed. You can ping the server. If the two servers are connected, the configuration is simple. Is to share local connections. Configure the shared connection as the Bluetooth card pointing to the server on the local connection of the server.
6. test the shared connection. The file transfer speed of Feige is 60 kb, and Thunder can download files. However, it seems that the concurrency of Bluetooth connections is poor. If Thunder is on, other programs will not run, ping fails, or the ping delay is low. As long as no thunder is enabled, other programs can still access the internet.
Key: the most important thing is how Bluetooth connects to the LAN. This is the most important thing. Sharing a local network is a small problem. If you do not know what it is, so let's take a look at VMware and learn what a shared network is.
I don't know why Bluetooth is sometimes accessible and sometimes inaccessible. Maybe Bluetooth is not quite compatible yet.
However, the first thing we need to ensure is that the two-way communication is complete (my connection is related to the bttay). On this basis, we can establish a LAN connection.
There is also a difference between the two bluetooth bandwidths. The Acer bandwidth is 2.1 Mbps, while the IVT bandwidth is 1.0mbps, but it does not matter whether it is connected or not.
