1. Preparations

2. Sort cabinets

Cabinet installation:

You need to manually do the following three things: first, use the screws and nuts in the random frame to tighten the holder; second, pull the cabinet down to hold the movable wheels; third, adjust and add the baffle plate on the holder based on the device location.

Finishing line:

Group network cables. The number of groups is usually less than or equal to the number of cable racks behind the cabinet. Bundle the power cords of all devices, insert the plug from the channel holes behind it, and find their respective devices through a separate cable rack.

Fixed device:

Adjust the baffle plate in the cabinet to a proper position, so that the administrator can see the operation of all devices without starting the cabinet door, and add the baffle plate according to the device quantity and size. Be sure to leave a certain gap between the bezel. Place all switching devices and routing devices used in the cabinet according to the pre-drawn figure.

Network cable labeling:

After all the network cables are connected, you need to mark each network cable, link the prepared cables to the network cable immediately, and mark them with a pen (generally, specify the room number or purpose ), the logo must be easy to understand. You can distinguish a cross-network cable by using a time sticker of different colors from a general network cable. If there are too many devices, you need to classify the devices and label them.

3. Post-Work

Power-on test:

After confirming that there is no error, connect to the power supply and perform a network connection test to ensure normal operation of the User-this is the most important thing.

Document update:

This document updates the contents of the Cabinet. Redraw the device layout and network cable connection diagram. The device ID and network cable ID must be specified in the figure for inspection. It is better to add the user name to the graph as an item. End with a date and an informant.
