CCNA path-1-static route Configuration
During the preparation of CCNA, the route is always in disorder. Therefore, keep your daily study notes recorded for future viewing. There are two types of Static Routing configurations: one is Static Routing with the next hop address, and the other is Static Routing with the output interface. For static routing, the usage is as follows: 1. The network only contains several routers. 2. The network only accesses the internet through a single ISP) 3. Centralized star topology: each scattered point has only one static route entry to reach the central point. The configuration format is as follows: ip route network-address mask {ip-address | exit-interface} ip-address: the ip address of the next hop router exit-interface: when a packet is forwarded to the destination network, a route table is searched for a static route with the next-hop IP address. You can directly configure the data packet sending interface to find the sending interface in a search. Therefore, when configuring a static route, you can configure an output interface to simplify the time for querying the resolution output interface in the route table.
