Procedure
Step 1
Cut the prepared heat shrinkable tube evenly into 6 segments with a diagonal clamp, cut the wire into the required length, and peel the outer skin of the wire at the end. Note that you must follow the steps shown in the following figure to connect the switch! (The switch has one-way conduction feature)
Step 2
Before connecting the two parts, you need to set the heat shrinkable pipe to the red short wire. If you have a soldering iron, we recommend that you weld and wrap the exposed copper wire with a soldering wire to ensure good conductivity!
Step 3
Refer to the figure below and use a heat shrinkable tube to lock the pin, and then use a heat gun or other heating equipment to heat the heat shrinkable tube, so as to avoid the inconvenience caused by short circuit!
Step 4
Next we will arrange the wires with cable tie, which seems more regular!
Step 5
Finally, remove the extra parts of the cable tie with a diagonal clamp, so that a charging switch that can be used as both a charge and a switch can be done!
