I. Weak network settings
1. Enable weak Network
(1) Click proxy-> start throttling.
(2) On the Charles Main Interface, click the weak network button to enable the weak network directly. After the feature is enabled, it is green and gray.
2. Set Network Parameters
(1) Click proxy-> throttling settings to open the network settings page.
(2) parameter description
- Bandwidth (Kbps): bandwidth in kbps. Note the difference between B and B.
- Utilisation (%): Percentage of utilization and percentage of utilization
- Round-trip latency (MS): round-trip delay, in milliseconds
- MTU (bytes): Maximum Transmission unit, the maximum transmission unit. If a data packet exceeds the configured maximum transmission unit, it must be divided into multiple
- Reliability (%): Percentage of reliability, which can be used to test packet loss
- Stability (%): Percentage of stability. Network jitter can be tested.
- Unstable quality range (%): unstable quality range, percentage. This item is set for the settings in (6 ).
(3) The only for selected hosts check option specifies which requests will go through this network setting.
